Twelve-year-old Fulham fan Emmet was given a special day he will never forget this week.
Emmet was born with a heart defect that effectively meant he had no artery between his lung and his heart.
12-year-old Emmet recently got to see a Fulham game from the commentary box through @MakeAWishUK.

He had to fight during much of his early years, having his first surgery just five days after being born. And while an operation repaired the condition in 2015, he will remain under the care of a cardiologist for the rest of his life.
But that isn't stopping his dream of becoming a football commentator when he grows up, something Fulham turned into reality last month, as he watched his team's 5-0 win over West Ham from the commentary gantry at Craven Cottage.
This week, Emmet was invited to Fulham's training ground to talk about his experience at the match. But, little did he know, there would be a few surprises in store.
He met the whole Fulham squad, including his favourite player, Joao Palhinha, who gave him a signed pair of boots and a special tour, before the two had a kickabout.
