Manchester City have been given a significant boost after striker Erling Haaland was pictured in training having been sidelined since injuring his foot in December.
Haaland, who has not played for Man City since a 1-0 loss at Aston Villa on 6 December, was seen in Abu Dhabi for a warm-weather training camp as part of the mid-season player break and shared his delight in being involved on social media.

City are next in action on Friday night, when they travel to Tottenham Hotspur in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Pep Guardiola is set to give an update on Haaland before their match with Spurs, but speaking earlier this month, the Man City manager discussed his striker's situation.
"He’s fine, but a little problem, disturbing his feet. The doctors decide to stop for one week and restart maybe in Abu Dhabi," Guardiola said.
"Hopefully at the end of this month he will be ready. A little bit more than we expected at the beginning in his bone.
"The bone needs time. Every injury you can do what you want but it’s a question of time. He’ll be ready to come back at the end of this month."
There was further good news for City, with John Stones also taking part in the session.
City currently sit in second place, five points behind leaders Liverpool having played a match fewer and can reduce that gap down to two when they face Burnley in the Premier League next Wednesday.
