West Ham United scored two late goals to snatch a dramatic 2-1 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux to reach the Division 2 play-off final.
Wolves, who finished second in the table – two places and five points ahead of the Hammers – went ahead in the 25th minute when Sylvain Deslandes headed in from a corner.
They looked to be heading to the final until two Hammers substitutes combined in the 80th minute when Jahmal Hector-Ingram headed in Joe Powell's cross.
West Ham won it in the first minute of stoppage time when Martin Samuelsen converted a penalty after Hector-Ingram had been tripped.
