Swansea City recorded their third succsessive victory as they beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 at the Liberty Stadium.

Albion opened the scoring in a first half full of chances.

Jonny Evans scored his second goal of the season, rising highest to head in a corner from Darren Fletcher on 33 minutes.

The hosts drew level on 72 minutes, Jordan Ayew heading home having been found by Fernando Llorente following a set-piece.

Llorente then found the back of the net himself finding the bottom left corner for his 15th goal of the season to secure the three points.

Swansea move up two places to finish the season in 15th with 41 points, while West Brom, after their third straight defeat, fall to 10th with 45 points.
