Leicester City have confirmed the signing of Caleb Okoli from Atalanta.
The 22-year-old has signed a five-year deal with the Foxes and is their third signing of the summer, after Bobby De Cordova-Reid and Michael Golding.

“It was the right opportunity and it’s very important for me. The Premier League is the best league in the world,” Okoli told the club's official website.
“Leicester is a beautiful club, an important club and the two combined together, so I took this opportunity to come and express myself in the Premier League.”
Who is Caleb Okoli?
The 6ft 3in centre-back signed for Atalanta’s youth team in 2015 and has since progressed through the ranks while gaining a lot of experience out on loan in Italy.
After playing for Atalanta’s Under-19 side, Okoli spent the next two seasons on loan with Serie B teams SPAL and Cremonese respectively.
He then made 17 league appearances for Atalanta in the 2022/23 season before featuring regularly for Frosinone last season in Serie A.
Okoli has represented Italy at Under-19, Under-20 and Under-21 level, most recently making three appearances at the UEFA European Under-21 Championship in 2023.
Leicester start their pre-season schedule with a fixture against Shrewsbury Town on 23 July before opening their 2024/25 Premier League campaign against Tottenham Hotspur at King Power Stadium on 19 August.
