Marcus Rashford scored one of the QUICKEST second-half goals in Premier League history in Manchester United's 4-0 win over Everton on Sunday.

Just 20 seconds after second-half kick-off, Rashford struck beyond goalkeeper Jordan Pickford after being teed up by Amad from a fast break.

It is Man Utd's quickest ever goal from the start of a second half of a Premier League match, and the joint-16th quickest overall since exact goal times became available from the 2006/07 season.

Remarkably, the quickest second-half goal was scored after only eight seconds by Newcastle United's Sammy Ameobi in a 2-1 win at Tottenham Hotspur in 2014. That goal was also the quickest ever open-play goal by a substitute in a Premier League match.

What makes Rashford's goal more remarkable, though, is that his goal came after the opposition had kick-off.

Dwight McNeil restarted the match and passed back to goalkeeper Jordan Pickford to kick a long ball forward, which Man Utd won and regained possession after seven seconds. They then broke nearly the length of the entire pitch to score in under 13 seconds.
