It was an evening to forget for Wolverhampton Wanderers' Craig Dawson as he equalled an unwanted record in Wednesday's 4-0 loss at Everton.
The centre-back, recalled to the starting XI by Gary O'Neil after being left out in Saturday's 4-2 defeat to AFC Bournemouth, scored TWO own goals at Goodison Park, the joint-most in a Premier League match.

Both of Dawson's moments of misfortune came in the second half.
In the 49th minute the ball struck him from a Dwight McNeil corner and beat his 'keeper Jose Sa, and then in the 72nd minute he stretched out a foot to meet another McNeil set-piece and prodded the ball past Sa again. And the two own goals came on what was Dawson's 300th Premier League appearance.
Dawson is the fifth player in Premier League history to score two own goals in one match. The most recent before him was Wout Faes for Leicester City against Liverpool on 30 December 2022.
