There has been dismay for a host of Fantasy Premier League managers on Saturday after Morgan Rogers (£5.3m) registered his biggest EVER return.
With the Aston Villa midfielder facing champions Manchester City, 340,000+ FPL bosses parted company with Rogers ahead of the Gameweek 17 deadline, making him the most-sold midfielder and the fourth most-sold player overall.
A further 889,000+ managers have left him on their bench, making him the most-benched outfield player.
Rogers punished that lack of faith by producing a goal, assist and three bonus points in Aston Villa's 2-1 win, earning a 14-point return.
Managers who have benched him will now be paying close attention to the rest of the weekend's line-ups, crossing their fingers that a space opens up for him in their starting XI.
