Manchester United have announced that Amad has signed a new contract with the club, extending his stay until 2030.
The Ivory Coast international has made 50 appearances and scored nine goals since joining Man Utd from Atalanta in 2021.
Amad told the club's official website: "I am really proud to have signed this new contract. I have had some incredible moments with this club already but there is so much more to come. I have huge ambitions in the game and I want to achieve history at Manchester United."
Before making his breakthrough at Man Utd, Amad spent time on loan at Rangers and Sunderland, where he began to shine.
During the 2022/23 season, he enjoyed a standout campaign with the Black Cats, netting 14 goals across 39 appearances in the Championship and the play-offs. His impressive performances earned him both the Sunderland Young Player of the Year award and the PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Year award.
Amad returned to Man Utd in the 2023/24 season when his rise continued, highlighted by a dramatic winner in the FA Cup quarter-final against Liverpool.

The Ivorian's attacking influence on the pitch was evident during Ruud van Nistelrooy's brief spell as interim manager, and he has been one of the most effective players since Ruben Amorim's appointment as head coach.
At just 22 years old, Amad has been the standout performer under Amorim, contributing two goals and four assists in eight Premier League starts.
His two goals came in memorable matches: the winner away at Manchester City in December, and a late equaliser against Liverpool at Anfield last weekend.

He became just the third United player to score at both the Etihad and Anfield in the same Premier League season, following Wayne Rooney in 2004/05 and Robin van Persie in 2012/13.
