Manchester City striker Divin Mubama has been named Premier League 2 (PL2) Player of the Month for February.
Mubama was in sensational form throughout the month, scoring five goals and providing an assist across only three matches to help Man City maintain their title challenge at the top of the PL2 table.
“I am delighted to have won this award,” Mubama said on Man City's website.
“I feel like I got to showcase the best of myself in February and I’d also like to give credit to my team-mates, the coaches and the staff for helping me settle into life at City so quickly.
“I’m grateful to be a part of the club and I’m excited to continue my form for the rest of the season.”

The 20-year-old striker kicked off February by dispatching a penalty in City's 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur.
Mubama followed that up with a goal and an assist for Jaden Heskey as Man City eased to a 3-0 victory against Middlesbrough, but it was against Chelsea where he stole the show.
He opened the scoring with a penalty inside three minutes before adding a second after reacting quickest to a rebound. He completed a superb hat-trick in style, with a fine header from Emilio Lawrence's cross.
Mubama topped a shortlist of eight candidates that was selected by the Premier League's Football Development Panel.
Congratulations to February’s PL2 Player of the Month, Divin Mubama!
