Luke Thomas got the only goal as Derby County edged past Tottenham Hotspur in Division 1.

The 18-year-old attacking midfielder netted after 56 minutes at Pride Park as Derby bounced back from losing 4-1 to Manchester City last week.

The home team dominated the match and were rewarded by Thomas's goal, to which Spurs struggled to respond.
