Across the country, mums and dads brave the elements to watch from the sidelines as their children play football every week.

But with AFC Bournemouth's Community Sports Trust, parents are given the chance to get involved themselves in a programme that promotes fitness and a healthy lifestyle for adults.

Cherries striker Callum Wilson and his son went along to one session for dads and their children, held in the shadow of Vitality Stadium, for the latest BBC Match of the Day community feature.
