Wolverhampton Wanderers scored twice in the second half to beat Newcastle United 2-0 at Telford and stay in contention for a late run at the Division 2 play-offs.

Jose Xavier put the hosts ahead from close range in the 56th minute and the win was sealed when the Magpies' Curtis Good turned Will Randall's 75th-minute cross into his own net.
