David Parkhouse scored an extra-time winner as Sheffield United beat Derby County 2-1 to reach the Premier League Cup quarter-finals.
Lewis Walker gave Derby a 28th-minute lead at Stocksbridge Park Steels.
But the visitors went down to 10 men when Jayden Bogle was shown a red card early in the second half.
Sheffield United hit back through Simeon Oure in the 83rd minute to take the tie to extra-time.
Parkhouse turned the tie round in the 101st minute to secure the Blades a quarter-final tie at home to Newcastle United.
