Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Jon Flatt saved two spot-kicks as his side beat Exeter City 3-1 in a penalty shoot-out to reach the Premier League Cup quarter-finals.
Both sides had already missed one kick each at Wolves' training ground when Flatt (pictured) denied Will Dean. Boubacar Hanne took advantage to put Wolves 2-1 up.
Flatt then saved from Ben Seymour, allowing Anthony Breslin to secure their place in the last eight with the decisive penalty kick.
The tie had finished 1-1 after extra-time, with Robbie Simpson heading Exeter into a first-half lead and Yang Ming-Yang equalising in the 73rd minute.
The Premier League Cup quarter-final draw will take place from 12pm GMT on Thursday 22 March, via @PLYouth on Twitter.
