Porto's Oleg Reabciuk scored a late semi-final winner to knock Newcastle United out of the Premier League International Cup.

Reabciuk's goal in the 88th minute at St James' Park denied the hosts the chance to play Arsenal in the final.

Newcastle had come close with a free-kick from Callum Roberts and a Dan Barlaser cross that was stopped on the line.

But after Magpies goalkeeper Nathan Harker parried a shot from distance, Reabciuk followed up to net the match's only goal.

It ended Newcastle's cup hopes but maintained Porto’s prospects of retaining the trophy they won by beating Sunderland last year.
