Five teams are today competing for the one remaining promotion play-off place in Premier League 2 Division 2.
Newcastle United’s 2-0 defeat of second-placed Aston Villa on Friday confirmed Blackburn Rovers as champions and the recipients of the one automatic promotion spot to Division 1.
The teams finishing second to fifth gain a place in the play-offs to decide the second promoted side.
Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion and Middlesbrough are confirmed in the play-offs but all have a role to play in deciding who join them.
Reading occupy the fourth and final play-off spot and victory at home to Stoke City will guarantee they travel to second-placed Aston Villa in the play-off semi-final.
But should the Royals slip up, Southampton, Norwich City and Wolverhampton Wanderers could profit.
Southampton are at home to Boro, Norwich go to Villa and Wolves host Brighton.
Fulham missed the chance to overtake Reading when they drew 1-1 at Newcastle in the 13:00 BST kick-off on Monday.
All the remaining matches taking place at 19:00 BST.
