1994: Sheffield Wednesday 3-1 Sheffield United
Sheffield Wednesday struck three times in 12 minutes to beat Sheffield United in the Steel City derby.
Mark Bright opened the scoring in the 58th minute and Wednesday were 3-0 up 12 minutes later as Andy Pearce and Gordon Watson also found the net. Dane Whitehouse netted a consolation penalty.
Sheffield Wednesday moved up to seventh with 40 points while United dropped to 19th with 22 points, one point above the relegation zone.
2006: Charlton Athletic sign Marcus Bent
Marcus Bent joined Charlton Athletic from Everton and scored on his debut, netting the equaliser in a 1-1 draw at Chelsea.
Bent made 43 Premier League appearances for the Addicks, scoring three times, before moving on to Wigan Athletic on loan in 2007 and then joining Birmingham City permanently.
In total, the striker scored 40 goals in 215 top-flight matches.
