For the kids at Maple Court Academy in Stoke, having a video of Peter Crouch leading their PE lesson was a great change to their normal classes.
But it got even better for the primary school children when the Stoke City forward emerged in real life in their school hall to take the lesson in person.
Crouch became their PE teacher in the Premier League's latest "Best Lesson Ever" video to promote its Premier League Primary Stars education programme.
"I loved PE at school and as a father of three I am so pleased the Premier League is using its popularity and reach to help get children active and encourage learning," Crouch said.
"It is great to be a part of something that is supporting primary schools."
