Kevin De Bruyne and Leroy Sane have an extra incentive to lay on some goals for their team-mates at Southampton on Sunday.
The Manchester City duo are neck and neck in the race to win the Premier League’s inaugural Playmaker award.
Sane’s hat-trick of assists in Wednesday’s 3-1 home win over Brighton & Hove Albion took him level with De Bruyne on 15 assists this season.
If they remain level at the final whistle at St Mary's Stadium, they will share the award.
Golden Boot
Meanwhile, Harry Kane will still be hoping for a hat-trick of Golden Boots by catching top scorer Mohamed Salah.
The Tottenham Hotspur striker's goal in the 1-0 win against Newcastle United took him to 28 for the PL season, three behind Liverpool’s Salah.
Kane will be buoyed by the fact he hit a treble in his final fixture last season, in a 7-1 win at Hull City. That came three days after scoring four in a 6-1 victory at Leicester City.
Golden Glove
Elsewhere, Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea will receive the Golden Glove on Sunday.
The Spaniard will be rested, according to Jose Mourinho, after securing the award with his 18th clean sheet of the season, at West Ham United on Thursday.
