2006: Blackburn Rovers 2-0 Sunderland
Craig Bellamy’s double boosted Blackburn Rovers' bid for a European place and gave bottom side Sunderland another push towards relegation.
Bellamy struck in each half as Blackburn jumped two places into seventh spot, one point behind fifth-placed Arsenal and sixth-placed West Ham United.
Sunderland remained at the foot of the table with 10 points, lying eight points behind 19th-placed Portsmouth and 16 points from safety.
2011: Birmingham City 0-2 Newcastle United
A second-minute strike from Peter Lovenkrands sent Newcastle United on their way to a 2-0 victory at Birmingham City, ending the Magpies' five-match winless run.
Lovenkrands gave the visitors the perfect start and Leon Best doubled the lead soon after the break, with Jonas Gutierrez setting up both goals.
Newcastle climbed into ninth place with 35 points, while Birmingham's defeat left them 15th with 30 points, three points above the bottom three.
