2006: Man City sign Hart
Goalkeeper Joe Hart completed his move from Shrewsbury Town to Manchester City.
Hart has had a glittering career at the Etihad Stadium, going on to win two Premier League titles, in 2011/12 and 2013/14, and four Golden Glove awards.
The England international made 266 league appearances for the Citizens, keeping 109 clean sheets.
2015: Arsenal 4-1 West Bromwich Albion

His powerful 20-yard shot, Arsenal's third goal of the match, earned him the accolade and helped his side claim a third-place finish.
Theo Walcott scored a hat-trick as Arsenal raced into a 4-0 lead. Gareth McAuley scored a consolation for West Brom 12 minutes into the second half.
Arsenal finished the season in third on 75 points, 12 behind champions Chelsea, while West Brom ended up in 13th.
