Everton maintained their unbeaten start to Premier League 2 Division 1 but were frustrated in a goalless draw with Swansea City.
A combination of Gregor Zabret in the Swansea goal or poor finishing from Everton players meant a raft of chances were missed at Goodison Park.
Swansea almost snatched a late win but Joe Hilton, in the Everton goal, saved from Marco Dulca.
