Diogo Dalot made his first appearance for Manchester United as they continued their unbeaten start to the Premier League 2 Division 2 season with a 1-0 win over Stoke City at Old Trafford.
The Portuguese right-back (pictured), who joined United from Porto this summer, played 78 minutes and helped Argentinian goalkeeper Sergio Romero keep a clean sheet.
Angel Gomes scored the winner on his 18th birthday, exchanging passes with Nishan Burkart before scoring on 37 minutes in front of the watching first-team manager Jose Mourinho.
The win moved Man Utd up to second in the table on eight points. Stoke are ninth on four points.
