Divock Origi and Dominic Solanke were on target as Liverpool recorded their first Premier League 2 victory of the season with a 3-0 success against Swansea City.
The two senior forwards joined Nathaniel Clyne in the line-up and shone for the Reds, whose goals all came in the first half.
Nathaniel Phillips set the ball rolling with a powerful header from a corner five minutes in.
Origi doubled the hosts’ advantage with a superb strike on the turn on 27 minutes before crossing for Solanke to complete the scoring four minutes later.
Brandon Cooper struck the bar for the visitors with a long-range strike but Liverpool kept a clean sheet.
Neil Critchley’s side move up to seventh place, on six points, while Swansea are four points back in 11th.
