Three second-half goals earned 10-man Liverpool a 3-0 win at Watford that kept up their chase of leaders Manchester City.
There were few chances in the opening half, with Roberto Firmino's low shot saved by Ben Foster, while Alisson denied Roberto Pereyra.
After Sadio Mane had hit the crossbar, Mohamed Salah broke the deadlock on 67 minutes when he put Mane's cutback through the legs of Foster.
Trent Alexander-Arnold made it 2-0 with a superb free-kick nine minutes later.
Despite Jordan Henderson's second yellow card on 82 minutes that will force him out of the Merseyside derby, Firmino made it 3-0 with a header in the 89th minute.
Liverpool stay second on 33 points, two behind City. Watford drop to ninth with 20.
