Watford responded by taking the lead for a second time thanks to another set-piece. Troy Deeney met Tom Cleverley’s corner with his head after beating Artur Boruc to the punch.
The Cherries were not giving up without a fight and found a second equaliser through Benik Afobe in the 82nd minute.
