Raul Jimenez scored twice as Wolverhampton Wanderers battled back from two goals down to win 3-2 at Southampton.
Saints raced into a 2-0 first-half lead thanks to strikes from Jan Bednarek and Shane Long, who each scored their first goal of the season.
Long hit the post with a header early in the second half, and it proved a big moment.
Wolves promptly pulled a goal back when Adama Traore’s cross was finished by Pedro Neto.
The visitors then drew level on 65 minutes from a penalty awarded after consultation with the VAR, which Jimenez converted.
And the Mexican completed the turnaround after Traore sprinted clear and crossed to provide his second assist of the match.
Wolves’ first win in four matches moves them up to sixth on 34 points. Southampton are 13th on 28 points.
