A header from Dominic Calvert-Lewin secured a point for Everton in a 1-1 draw against West Ham United at the London Stadium.
West Ham controlled the first half and went ahead with Issa Diop’s header from Robert Snodgrass’ free-kick on 40 minutes.
The lead was short-lived, however, as Mason Holgate flicked on Lucas Digne’s corner and Calvert-Lewin headed in from close range for his ninth goal of the season.
Everton were grateful to goalkeeper Jordan Pickford for keeping them in the match as he kept out Sebastien Haller’s low shot, having previously denied Snodgrass early on.
Darren Randolph, making his return to the West Ham goal, was also alert to save from Theo Walcott to preserve a point for the hosts.
West Ham are 16th on 23 points. Everton remain 11th with 29 points.
