Ilkay Gundogan's hot streak continued with two more goals as Manchester City beat Tottenham Hotspur to extend their lead to seven points.
City dominated the first half but had only Rodrigo's 23rd-minute penalty, awarded for a foul on Gundogan by Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, to show for it.
Harry Kane came closest for Spurs, but his spectacular free-kick on 14 minutes struck the woodwork.
Five minutes after the break, Gundogan doubled City's lead, firing a left-footed shot beyond Hugo Lloris after being played in by Raheem Sterling.
The German's second goal of the match, and ninth of the year, came on 66 minutes, when he collected a superb long ball by Ederson before finishing.
An 11th straight league win gives City 53 points and they can go 10 clear of Leicester City if they win their match in hand at Everton on Wednesday.
Spurs lie ninth on 36 points.
