Harvey Barnes struck in a fourth successive match against Leeds United as Leicester City handed a 1-0 defeat to Jesse Marsch on his debut in charge of the Whites.
Leeds enjoyed the better of the first half, with Daniel James and Jack Harrison both denied by Kasper Schmeichel.
The visitors' best chance came on the hour-mark, but Schmeichel again made a superb stop to keep out Raphinha at point-blank range.
Instead, Leicester went ahead against the run of play on 67 minutes.
Barnes exchanged passes with substitute Kelechi Iheanacho before firing low into the far corner.
Leeds were unable to respond and are 16th on 23 points, two points above the relegation zone. Leicester's first home win of 2022 takes them up to 12th on 33 points.
