Palace doubled their advantage 15 minutes later, when Wilfried Zaha converted a penalty awarded for a foul by Max Kilman on Jeffrey Schlupp.
Michael Olise almost added a third before the break, but was denied by a fingertip save from Sa.
Wolves pressed for a late consolation, but a lofted effort from Chiquinho was kept out by Vicente Guaita.
Palace rise to 10th on 33 points. A third consecutive defeat leaves Wolves two places better off on 40 points.
