Hull City could not have been handed a sterner test on their return to the Premier League.
Hampered by a spate of early injuries, caretaker manager Mike Phelan has steadied the ship through choppy waters stirred up by a string of intimidating fixtures.
The Tigers have already hosted champions Leicester City at the KCOM stadium, along with worthy contenders for their crown in Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.
With a trip to Liverpool also included in the opening seven Gameweeks, it is little wonder that Fantasy Premier League managers have steered clear.
But interest in Phelan's charges could be about to change, with his side's schedule brightening considerably.
Hull's next eight Gameweeks tally a score of 16 in the Fixture Difficulty Rankings, with meetings with AFC Bournemouth, Stoke City and Watford to come in the next three.
FPL managers should show caution given that Phelan's men are still establishing a foothold but, in Robert Snodgrass (£5.7m), there is an asset ready for immediate consideration.
Having delivered three goals Snodgrass is the Tigers' most profitable FPL option with 35 points; a total that puts him fourth in the value rankings for midfielders, on 6.1 points per million.
The ICT Index shows the Scot to be an all-round Fantasy prospect, recording 49.9 overall, made up of 178 for Creativity and 158 Threat.
That reflects underlying statistics that show 10 chances created for team-mates and 16 attempts on goal.
Notably, nine of those efforts have come from set-pieces; no player in the Premier League has fired in more shots from direct free-kicks.
With the fixture list improving, we can expect Snodgrass to be granted greater freedom and the opportunity to improve upon these numbers, which perhaps provides even stronger FPL value.
Elsewhere in Phelan's squad, skipper Curtis Davies (£5.0m) offers a menacing presence at set-plays and strong bonus-point potential.
Although, at 0.5m less, full-back Andrew Robertson (£4.5m) could be seen as a preferred option within the defence.
Only Snodgrass has received more passes in the final third than the Tigers' left-back.
Michael Dawson's (£4.4m) return to fitness is another factor to consider. The 32-year-old is back in contention, adding a much-needed resilience to a back line that has shipped 14 goals in seven outings.
Still owned by 23.3% of FPL managers, Eldin Jakupovic's (£4.2m) opportunities now look to be limited by the arrival of David Marshall (£4.5m) in goal.
The former Cardiff City goalkeeper represents an option, however, returning two save points in both of his starts so far.
Back in 2013/14 with the Bluebirds, Marshall made 153 saves - more than any other Premier League goalkeeper.
