2013: Everton 3-3 Liverpool
Daniel Sturridge headed a late equaliser for Liverpool in an enthralling Merseyside derby.
Philippe Coutinho scored for the Reds after just five minutes to set the tone for the match, and Everton were back on level terms three minutes later through Kevin Mirallas.
Luis Suarez restored Liverpool's lead and they led 2-1 at half-time. The match was turned on its head by Romelu Lukaku, who side-footed home an equaliser before producing a towering header from Mirallas's corner to put the hosts ahead with eight minutes left.
But substitute Sturridge rescued a point with a last-minute equaliser, a fitting end to a pulsating match.
The result left Liverpool in second on 24 points while Everton were in seventh on 21 points.
2014: Crystal Palace 3-1 Liverpool
Two late goals gave Crystal Palace their third win of the season and sealed another unhappy visit to Selhurst Park for Liverpool.
Rickie Lambert scored his first goal in 13 appearances to give Liverpool the lead on two minutes, but the visitors' joy was short-lived.
Dwight Gayle levelled on 17 minutes, reacting quickest after Yannick Bolasie's shot came back off a post.
With 12 minutes left, Joe Ledley put the Eagles ahead after more good work by Bolasie, before Mile Jedinak's superb 25-yard free-kick sealed their victory.
