2004: Portsmouth 2-0 Manchester United
Second half goals by David Unsworth and Yakubu earned Portsmouth a famous win against Manchester United to record their second consecutive league victory over the Red Devils at Fratton Park.
Unsworth put Portsmouth ahead from the penalty spot in the 53rd minute after Rio Ferdinand tugged back Ricardo Fuller inside the penalty area.
Yakubu added the second when his shot deflected in off Mikael Silvestre.
Victory for Portsmouth moved them up to ninth with 15 points, two behind Man Utd, who dropped to seventh.
2010: Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-1 Manchester City
A second-half strike from David Edwards earned Wolverhampton Wanderers a 2-1 win against Manchester City.
Emmanuel Adebayor opened the scoring for City from a first-half penalty, but Wolves equalised immediately through Nenad Milijas’ low drive.
Edwards then struck the winner 12 minutes into the second half, sliding home after Kevin Doyle’s shot had been parried by Joe Hart.
The result couldn’t move Wolves out of the bottom three, in 19th with nine points, one behind 17th-placed Wigan Athletic. Despite the defeat, Man City sat fourth on 17 points.
