Six goals in the last three Gameweeks have made Sergio Aguero (£12.0m) a hot target for Fantasy Premier League managers.

The Manchester City forward is the third most-bought player in the Gameweek, with 227,000 new owners ahead of Sunday's visit to Tottenham Hotspur.

Aguero has recorded 37 points in his last three outings, and the statistics show just why he has been so successful.

A total of 14 shots, nine of which have been on target, are both more than any other player during that period.

Assist potential

Kevin De Bruyne (£10.6m) can also punish a Spurs defence who have kept just two clean sheets in 12 Premier League matches under Jose Mourinho.

The Belgian is the top-scoring FPL player, averaging 6.9 points per match.

He also produced two assists and 11 points against Spurs when the two sides drew 2-2 back in August.

Dele Alli (£8.5m) and Son Heung-min (£9.9m) could also profit in Sunday’s encounter.

Alli has averaged 8.0 points per home match under Mourinho.

Son, meanwhile, has recorded three of his four double-figure hauls this season in his nine appearances since the head coach's arrival.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£10.7m) will also be among the frontrunners for the Gameweek 25 armband.

The Arsenal striker has a strong record against weekend hosts Burnley, scoring seven goals in their four meetings.

Prior to his recent three-match suspension, Aubameyang had proved a major influence following Mikel Arteta's arrival as head coach.

Indeed, he scored in three of his four Premier League appearances for the Spaniard.
