With Arsenal and Manchester City having a Double Gameweek, managers may seek alternatives to Mohamed Salah (£12.8m) and Sadio Mane (£12.4m) as captaincy options in Fantasy Premier League.

But facing AFC Bournemouth at Anfield could help the Liverpool pair bounce back from their disappointing blanks against Watford last weekend.

At home, Salah and Mane have recorded five and four double-figure hauls respectively this season. And both have impressive statistics against the Cherries.

Salah has scored in all five of his meetings with Eddie Howe's side, netting seven goals in total.

Mane has claimed goals in both of his home matches for Liverpool against AFC Bournemouth.

Meanwhile, the Cherries' away form has been poor. They have lost eight of their last nine matches on the road.

In-form Wolves trio

Wolverhampton Wanderers have strong options in both attack and defence for their home fixture with Brighton & Hove Albion.

Forward Diogo Jota (£6.3m) and wing-back Matt Doherty (£6.2m) have both produced double-figure hauls in each of the last two Gameweeks.

Raul Jimenez (£8.0m) will also be backed for more success against the Seagulls, having scored five goals in his last six matches.

Adventurous Alonso

For Chelsea, Marcos Alonso (£6.0m) has been the in-form player since his recall and will be a key figure at home against Everton.

The wing-back has scored three goals in the last two Gameweeks, totalling 24 points.

Meanwhile, the 31.9 per cent of managers who own Jamie Vardy (£9.8m) will be hoping he recovers from a calf problem in time to face Aston Villa.

The Leicester City forward was on target twice and claimed 13 points at Villa Park in Gameweek 16.

Villa are the only side yet to keep a clean sheet on their travels this season.
