A few years ago free-kick goals were in short supply. But thanks to an influx of set-piece specialists they are back on the rise in the Premier League.
Just three seasons ago a record low of 16 were scored across the entire campaign, but that total has already been matched in 2019/20.
It continues a rise from 2018/19, when players like James Maddison, James Ward-Prowse and Ruben Neves contributed to 23 of them hitting the back of the net.
So with that in mind, and on the birthday weekend of the Premier League's free-kick specialist David Beckham, we have collated some of the very best of them down the years.
Beckham scored 18, six more than anyone else in the competition's history. And he is one of a selection of set-piece experts, along with fellow Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo, whose brilliance you can enjoy on the Premier League's YouTube channel.
