The Scout is selecting four overlooked players who could be set for a breakout Gameweek 11 in Fantasy Premier League.
Ruben Dias (MCI) £5.6m
The centre-back can be found in only 2.7 per cent of squads ahead of Manchester City’s home encounter with Fulham.
Dias appears to be the defender who is least likely to be rotated under head coach Pep Guardiola.
He has started all seven of Man City’s matches since making his debut in Gameweek 4.

The underlying numbers highlight his impact at both ends of the pitch.
Dias has recorded four shots inside the penalty box in the last seven Gameweeks, more than any other Man City defender.
Although he has yet to score for City, his eye for goal was evident during the November international break when he netted twice in a win over Croatia.
Bonus appeal
Dias has also produced 33 clearances, blocks and interceptions (CBI) from Gameweek 4, a team-leading total.
These actions are looked upon favourably by the Bonus Points System (BPS), which determines the bonus points in any given match.
This lifts the Portuguese’s chances of earning bonus whenever Man City keep a clean sheet.
Combined with his goal threat, Dias could be set for a bumper haul in Gameweek 11.
Tomorrow: Oliver McBurnie (SHU)
Remember the Gameweek 11 deadline is now at 11:00 GMT on Saturday 5 December.
