Goals by Richarlison and Mason Holgate made it back-to-back victories for Everton as they won 2-0 at Leicester City.

Richarlison put Everton in front after 21 minutes, cutting in from the left before unleashing a low drive from 20 yards out that Kasper Schmeichel couldn't prevent from finding the bottom-right corner.

Leicester responded, with Cengiz Under forcing Everton goalkeeper Robin Olsen into a save, while Abdoulaye Doucoure produced a well-timed challenge to deny Jamie Vardy.

Everton doubled their advantage in the 72nd minute when Holgate fired in from close range.

Leicester were awarded a late penalty for a foul on substitute Ayoze Perez, but the decision was reversed after Lee Mason used the Referee Review Area.

Carlo Ancelotti's side move up to fifth position on 23 points, a place and a point behind Leicester.
