Pep Guardiola’s rotation continues to cause headaches for Fantasy Premier League managers, but for their Double Gameweek 27 there may be a player immune to being benched.
FPL expert Greg Shaw says Riyad Mahrez (£8.1m) is in good form and has the security of starts to be a top captain pick for Manchester City's back-to-back home matches against Manchester United and Southampton.
“My gut says to be safe and go with [Ilkay] Gundogan, but there’s something about Mahrez,” says Greg, of the FPL Experiment, in the latest FPL Show.
“In the last four Gameweeks he’s got 36 points. He’s played 90 minutes in those last four games and Pep’s been talking him up after the games as well.”

But if you do not have the four-per-cent-owned Mahrez, fellow Fantasy expert Adam Inker suggests giving your Gameweek 27 armband to Harry Kane (£11.1m).
He backs the Tottenham Hotspur striker to score for a third consecutive home match.
“Against Crystal Palace, who have been incredibly leaky at the back, he’s a really good option to go for,” he adds.
Remember, the Gameweek 27 deadline is 11:00 GMT on Saturday 6 March.
