Jurgen Klopp says his first visit to Goodison Park will be "pretty special" when his side make the short trip to take on Everton this evening.

The German started as Liverpool manager on 8 October last year, four days after a 1-1 draw with in the Merseyside derby at Everton.

Asked how important tonight's derby is, Klopp was unequivocal.

"Very, very, very, very big," he told Liverpoolfc.com. "For me it's pretty special because it's my first time at Goodison Park. I'm really looking forward to it.
