In Fantasy Premier League, managers are always looking for bargains and differentials who can give them an edge over their rivals. But some of the game's biggest stars are simply too good to ignore.
A trio of FPL experts have each named three must-have players ahead of the 2021/22 season, which you can see in the video above, and Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) and Bruno Fernandes (£12.0m) feature prominently on their lists.
"Salah is the go-to captain option for many of the fixtures in the first six weeks, including the opening Gameweek 1 fixture against Norwich City," says Utkarsh Dalmia.
As an Everton fan, 2016/17 FPL champion Ben Crabtree forbids himself to pick any Liverpool player, so he is turning to Manchester United talisman Fernandes.
"Just because of the penalties, the goals and assists," he says. "And with Man Utd looking like scoring possibly more goals this season than they did last term, I think he's going to be in amongst it."
Sam Bonfield has named both players among her three must-haves, with her final recommendation being Harry Kane (£12.5m) or Ollie Watkins (£7.5m) if funds are too tight for the Tottenham Hotspur forward.
"You've got to go with as many premiums as you can, but affording them is hard," she says.
