The Scout is tipping four low-owned players who could be set for a breakout Gameweek 14 in Fantasy Premier League ahead of Tuesday’s 18:00 GMT deadline.
Kai Havertz (CHE) £8.0m, 5.0% owned
Having stayed on the bench throughout Sunday's match against Manchester United, the Chelsea midfielder is expected to start against struggling Watford.

Havertz has scored against Burnley and supplied an assist against Newcastle United across his last three starts.
He now faces a Watford side who have conceded in all 13 of their matches, most recently losing 4-2 to Leicester City on Sunday.
Owned in only five per cent of squads, Havertz could be a star for his owners on Wednesday.
Tariq Lamptey (BHA) £4.4m, 1.0%
The Brighton & Hove Albion defender offers strong all-round potential against West Ham United.
Lamptey has claimed 14 points over the last two Gameweeks, earning clean sheets against Aston Villa and Leeds United.
Meanwhile, his five chances rank second among defenders in Fantasy during that period.
Marcus Rashford (MUN) £9.4m, 0.8%
Listed as a midfielder in Fantasy, the England star played up front in Man Utd’s 1-1 draw with Chelsea.
After a period on the sidelines through injury, Rashford has scored as a substitute against Leicester and Tottenham Hotspur over the last six Gameweeks and is approaching full fitness.
His average of 125.5 minutes per goal is lower than any of Man Utd's other attacking players this term.
Kurt Zouma (WHU) £5.4m, 1.8%
The West Ham centre-back is in fine all-round form as he prepares to face Brighton at home.
Zouma has produced 13 points in his last two home outings, keeping a clean sheet against Spurs and scoring against Liverpool.
He faces a Seagulls side who have failed to score in the last two Gameweeks.
