Norwich City continued their prolific form in 2021/22 ePremier League, beating Chelsea 5-2 in the quarter-finals to set up a final-four showdown with Leeds United.
The unbeaten Canaries had been the highest scorers in Saturday’s group stage, scoring 24 times in four matches to finish top of Group D, and they were too hot for Chelsea to handle.
Norwich’s Xbox player Damian Augustyniak used a 3-5-2 formation that caused problems for the Blues’ representative JSharpp, romping to a 3-0 victory in the first leg.
A low cross finished by Cristiano Ronaldo was followed by a rare goal from a corner, with Raphael Varane leaping to head in, before Ronaldo polished off a slick passing move in the box.

Augustyniak handed over to 17-year-old GoalPoacher_, who shrewdly kept the ball for much of the first half to maintain his cushion in his PlayStation 5 match.
The second half was rather different, with Chelsea’s 18-year-old Stingrayjnr twice going ahead, but GoalPoacher_ hit back both times to ensure Norwich’s passage to the semi-finals.

The Canaries will face a Leeds pair who edged to a 1-0 aggregate win over Everton.
In an exciting first leg with plenty of chances at both ends, the 2020/21 ePL runner-up Ollelito scored the all-important goal through Allan Saint-Maximin in the 25th minute.
His team-mate MHaywxrd then controlled possession on PS5, keeping chances at a premium in a bid to maintain the slender lead.
Everton’s Jas Singh nearly scored at the death through Mohamed Salah, but his shot was saved at the near post.
