Goalkeeper Jose Sa has seen how Wolverhampton Wanderers are helping toddlers stay active when he took his family to a Healthy Goals session at Molineux.
The Portuguese dropped in with his daughter Maria to find out more about the Wolves Foundation programme, which promotes healthy growth through education and activity sessions for pre-school children and their families.
"I had very good students, they helped me when I needed it because I'm trying to learn better English myself," said Sa, who joined in the session by reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar to the children.
"It's important because it's the health of the children and the parents have to be aware of this - I was happy to help. It's always good for them to have interaction with other people and they can learn other things and this is good."
Healthy Goals, which is supported by the Premier League and Professional Footballers' Association, gives toddlers, especially those born during lockdown, the opportunity to develop all-important social skills.
There are also parent education workshops on topics such as tackling fussy eating, screen time, healthy eating cooking classes and oral health, as well as interactive stay and play sessions.
