Brighton & Hove Albion maintained their perfect record in Premier League Cup Group E with a 1-0 victory against Leicester City at St George's Park.
Leicester's Bartosz Kapustka fired narrowly wide early on before Connor Tighe scored the only goal from a tight angle after George Cox's cross after the hour mark.

Admiral Muskwe came close to levelling, but Brighton held on for a third win in as many PL Cup matches.

They are three points clear of second-placed West Ham United and eight ahead of Leicester and Nottingham Forest, who they need to avoid defeat to in their next PL Cup match on 23 January to clinch a top-two place and qualification for the last 16.
