Newcastle United completed a narrow win over Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday afternoon.
Callum Roberts produced the decisive moment of the match on 14 minutes when he finished off a fine run with a low shot into the right-hand corner of the net.

The victory keeps Peter Beardsley’s in second place in PL2 Division 2 after 14 matches, 10 points behind leaders Swansea City, whom they visit next on 16 January.
Ninth-placed Brighton next host West Ham on the same day.
