With six clubs blanking in Gameweek 28 and 12 teams having a Double Gameweek 29, The Scout's panel of Fantasy Premier League experts discuss who to keep and sell ahead of Friday's 18:30 GMT deadline.
What the experts say
Sam Bonfield (@FPLFamily)
It's really important to look ahead at your team for Gameweek 29 when trying to work out who needs to be held in Gameweek 28.
With Brighton & Hove Albion, Manchester United and Liverpool playing twice in Gameweek 29, they should take priority. However, Liverpool have a difficult Double away at Manchester City and Chelsea and are in inconsistent form, so they are the least important holds of the three teams.

Marcus Rashford (£7.4m) is an obvious hold and I would look to keep both Alexis Mac Allister (£5.5m) and Kaoru Mitoma (£5.5m) as well, bearing in mind that Brighton have a Double Gameweek 29.
Selling Erling Haaland (£12.2m) for Ollie Watkins (£7.3m) is an option, with a view to bringing the Norwegian back for Gameweek 30.

Rashford and Haaland are two players I don't see myself selling. Once you've sold them, you could find yourself prioritising other issues instead of buying them back, and they have haul potential in every match.
Lee Bonfield (@FPLFamily)
Brighton are in great form so I'll definitely be keeping my two midfielders. Rashford also stays thanks to Man Utd's Double Gameweek 29.
So, incredibly, it could be Haaland that I look to move on in Gameweek 28, but I'll be stashing the money in the bank so that I can buy him back easily in Gameweek 30.
Nick Harris (@WGTA_Nick)
I would hold on to Rashford and Haaland. They've been the top performers this season.
Gianni Buttice (@GianniButtice)
I'm holding my Brighton midfielders and Rashford, but will look to sell Haaland knowing I have no money tied up in him. I'll move him on and get a forward who plays three times over the next two Gameweeks, versus his one match.
Leaving enough funds to buy Haaland back for Gameweek 30 will be crucial.
Pras (@Pras_FPL)
Rashford and two or three Brighton players are worth holding on to through Blank Gameweek 28, as they all have good fixtures in Double Gameweek 29.
