Rashford pulled up shortly after setting up Anthony Martial's 71st-minute goal in Saturday’s 2-0 win, appearing to suffer a groin injury.
"We have to wait," said manager Erik ten Hag after the match. "It doesn't look well."
Having scored 31 goals for club and country this season, Rashford's injury comes at a bad time as Man Utd prepare for eight matches in the space of 25 days.
In addition to their quest for a top-four finish in the Premier League, the Red Devils are in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League (UEL) and the semi-finals of the FA Cup (FAC).
